Article 27-1

Annual surplus shall cover taxes and losses, then 10% to legal reserve (until equal to paid-in capital).
Remaining surplus, with undistributed earnings, shall be allocated as dividends subject to Shareholders’ Meeting approval.
The Company adopts a residual dividend policy, retaining earnings for growth and investment, and cash dividends shall not be less than 10% of total dividends.
