Identification of Material Issues

INPAQ identified 19 sustainability topics and collected 231 valid responses from key stakeholders via an online survey. These included shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, government agencies, communities, and financial institutions. Stakeholder concern scores were combined with impact assessments from 27 department heads. The Sustainability Promotion Committee then prioritized the top issues across environmental, social, and economic dimensions, confirming 10 material topics for disclosure. This report presents INPAQ’s management approach and actions, along with highlights of its public welfare contributions.
