INPAQ, we believe that an enterprise must maintain a co-existence and co-prosperity with stakeholders and assume responsibility for them. Therefore, through various communication mechanism, we proactively maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations from INPAQ for the main reference of establishing our ESG policies and related projects.

■ Customer Commitment
Since 2005, INPAQ has implemented a
Customer Service Control Procedure to ensure alignment with customers’ short-, medium-, and long-term development goals through regular meetings, dedicated visits, and performance reviews.
We have established
dedicated service contact points in Taiwan, China, Japan, and the United States to address customer requirements related to
product and service support, environmental management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and hazardous substance control. We also assist customers in implementing their own CSR initiatives.
Each year in the first quarter, we conduct a
Customer Satisfaction Survey covering evaluation scores, feedback, and competitive benchmarking. Survey results are provided to customers, incorporated into continuous improvement plans, and submitted to senior management as a reference for operational decision-making.We regard every customer’s feedback as a driving force for continuous advancement.
In 2025, INPAQ achieved a
response rate of over 90% in our Customer Satisfaction Survey, with
93% of respondents rating us as “satisfactory” or above.
In addition to our B2B communication functions available through our corporate websites, we have also implemented a
Customer Issue Handling Procedure to ensure timely and appropriate responses to customer notifications. Upon receipt of an inquiry, the relevant department initiates corrective actions based on the case, ensuring complete and effective customer service.
